Pleasant solitude
Tuesday night and I've the house to myself as the cuddlesome one has headed out to go karting with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
scooby_au. Just whipped myself up a Toni-syle fish burger (lightly toasted wholemeal bread, ceasar salad dressing, baby spinach leaves, tomato, cheese, cajun spiced fish and hot peri peri sauce) to be helped down ably by a delicious glass of (Grant Burge Barossa 2002) merlot. It's all quite lovely really :-)
I'm missing the beach currently. It's been many months since I've actually enjoyed the ocean - usually I just glimpse Moreton Bay from a distance, and that's hardly a real beach. I think a weekend trip may be in order.
