Cupcake overload!
Sometimes I take a good idea and really over-do it. Last week was one of those occasions, when I made these cupcakes for a work friend's birthday.
Half of the haul.
Going overboard, that pretty much sums up my life at the moment. It's a madcap adventure, just staying afloat. Work, well, it's owning my arse. Stress has raised up its hydra head, with insomnia on the left, and digestive upsets on the right. I can't eat wheat at the moment, which is a pain, but hopefully that will settle down again over the next week or two. ( Read more... )
