Eggsicles

This is what happens to duck eggs when the 'fridge is too cold.

Off sick yesterday and today. Finally got some time to relax, though still not over this bug. Still, I made a batch of almond shortbreads and two batches of choc-chip and pistachio cookies. They're delicious! Off to Sydney tomorrow, just for the day. Have a good one folks. =o)
