Aussie advice needed!

Howdy folks!

Toni needs a new mobile phone, and since all mobile phone providers are jerks, I thought I'd put it to you lot to tell me who's the least worst.

I'm currently with Optus, but am unimpressed with their current plans and their craptastic customer "service".

I hate Telstra due to them billing me for calls during a period where the house was empty, and insisting that I was lying when I questioned the bill.

I have no experience with Vodaphone or Three, and have heard positive and negative things about them both.

I'm not interested in pre-paid only providers.
