shapeofthingsWhat do you say in the face of horror and devastation like that under-way in Victoria right now? When over a hundred are dead and thousands have lost everything in immense bushfires? The worst natural disaster in Australian history, according to the papers.
When something is this big, this terrible, it can just overwhelm you. How do you deal with it?
I tend to be flippant. It's how I coped with the September 11 terrorist attacks, with Cyclone Larry and with the current flooding devastating northern Queensland. So please forgive me my flippancy today.
