It's a beautiful Hobart day today. Brett, Ailsa and I are at Kettering, waiting to take the ferry across to Bruny Island, where we shall meet up with Kat and her friends for a BBQ picnic on the beach at Adventure Bay. I am contributing an avant-garde potato salad that tastes pretty damn amazing for something created from what I could scrounge from my kitchen and garden. Life: it's pretty sweet right now.
