Somehow I've managed to spend my entire fornight's pay in 9 days. Eeep! That's more money than I used to live off for a month and I haven't even been doing things. Scary! Mind you, I've also been spending money in order to finish off things I've wanted to complete for ages ($150 on the fish tank!), professional memberships (updating that resume), physio and presents for people (just bought my broke sister a ticket to see Swan Lake next week - thankfully all the good seats were sold out so it didn't cost too much). Taking Alex's parents out to a fancy dinner this weekend for their birthdays and need to buy an expensive new case for the computer then the spending must stop!
Luckily, I have a cupboard full of lentils.
