Mar. 8th, 2006 04:50 pmWell, after the M&M incident yesterday, I've decided to keep a better track of my food intake. I'll try to record exercise as well, though that will involve excercising...
...though I'm riding my bike home from work today. I had to borrow a pump from Dieu as my bike's been here for 2 months and the tired had gone a bit flat. It's got a nice collection of cobwebs too!
Yesterday I made myself sick on M&M's eating all the leftover's after I made M&M cookies. After that I couldn't even manage my dinner and I was pretty unimpressed with myself. In fact, I'd eaten so much shit the whole day it's revolting. I've put on about 4 kilos, which is pretty silly after going to all the effort to lose 8, so it's back on the wagon again. Today has been good though.
Breakfast: tea and an anzac bikkie, muslie with fresh pawpaw and milk (full cream! I'll be paying for that tomorrow).
Morning Tea: 3 m&m cookies and coffee
Lunch: left-over veggie dahl with pilau rice (mmmm!)
Afternoon Tea: remaining cookie, muslie bar and a cup of tea
Snacking: Tamarind sweets
Scarily this is the first day is a long while I haven't raided the chocolate stash in the tea room. Yay! Evidently I need to bring in more food so when I get the afternoon tummy grumbles I have something other than junk to munch on. And fruit! More fruit, veggies and complex carbs need in my lunch box. I liked weighing 63kg - I hadn't wieghed that little since I was 12! Now I just need to get back there.
Tomorrow is my day off. I've got councelling in the morning, then I need to go to Merlo in the Valley for a coffee run.
bird_e, do you want to meet me there? We'll get a free cup of delicious coffee and I can bring something for morning tea. After that, I have to do a bit of work at home and the grocery shop. Then it's Friday, which means it's practically the weekend! Hooray!
