I'm pretty happy with this lot, as they needed very little post-processing. I'm also pretty happy that there's a dog to drag me out to play ball, and who's now asleep in the hallway. I've always been a sucker for a Kelpie cross (I grew up with one) and this one's got me wrapped around her paws. Callie's got her worries though: she's out of a home. My neighbours have been looking after her for over a year, but they'e already got two big dogs and can't forever keep a third. Her owner has gone overseas with Red Cross and doens't know when she'll be back. If I could afford a house with a yard I'd seriously think about it, but I can't. So I'll just have to throw the ball again and again, keep kicking down the driveway, and when the game is over I'll give the best belly-rubs ever!
The bloody toenail from barefoot ball-kicking was totally worth it. Yeah!
