It's a beautiful day....

I wrote a nice long entry last night with lots of pictures, which promptly disappeared into the ether. Vey annoying, but hey, it made me turn off the computer and go play with my camera. The above image resulted from me playing with the manual settings last night. I had to do some contrast and curves tweaking in Photoshop, but I got an image out of my camera that lacks the perfect sharpness of digital images, which is what I wanted. From memory I had a fast shutter, small f/stop and fill flash. I think it turned out rather well, but the I'm prone to bias with picturesof this particular subject.

At work, got in hideously early so I can take POETS day this afternoon. Body corporate inspection tomorrow morning, so I need to clean the oil drips off the driveway and get a few things in order. Meanwhile, must run as I actually have work to do!
