I don't know which way's up today,
So many threads I'm holding, but
Don't know how to weave them
Or where to start the process.

Brain sleep-addled, crawling,
Work is calling but the concept
Has become so unfamiliar,
Wanton productivity confuses.

Caffeinated chaos crowding,
What is it I do again?
And today the music's broken,
Just my thinking syncopated.

There's rhythm in the madness
yet,a beat to catch and onwards
With my sanity in tatters,
Streaming back to mark the time.

Networking the system, write
A shiny new newsletter, wow
The regions with a process
And bid the doom farewell.

Never mind the bollocks,
Just hum a fishy melody
As she tries to tie the tethers
Of crazy work to sanity.

I smell barbeque. Nothing like a free lunch to get the cube-farm prairie-dogging ;-) Struggling to put new-found motivation to good use with so much to do but too many directions to take in very little time. Happily confusing myself in the process with ...ooh, shiny! moments abounding while I try to remember exactly what is important around here. Now, where was I?
