You know what's not cool? Coming back to the old house to clean it and discovering a downstairs light fitting half full of dirty water (!) deducing that Housemate must have flooded the laundry (!!) and on investigation funding that he didn't lift the lino to dry the spill (!!!) and now the wooden floor underneath is wet, mouldy and stinky.

I'd guess the flood happened 2 weeks ago too, after I took my washing machine away and he'd have improperly set up his.
